Lucas Valles has been working non stop. He has been grinding at the gym, losing weight and getting stronger. Football is his main sport but he did track to get quicker so he can excel in football.
Emilie Follet is a sophomore on the GCHS Track Team. This is her second year running track and she says, “I like track a lot this year, the team is really fun and the coaching staff is great.”
