Oro Valley High School Soccer Invitational

Dec. 26-29: Naranja Park

 

The Campo Verde girls went 2-0 and Perry went 2-0-1 in Pool Play to claim the top two seeds at the Oro Valley High School Soccer Invitational. Campo Verde will face Ironwood Ridge (2-1) and Perry will go up against Catalina Foothills (1-1) in the semifinal round slated for 10:45 a.m. at Naranja Park. The two winners will face off at 3 p.m. for the championship.

Queen Creek (0-2) and Gilbert (1-1) will play each other at 1 p.m. in a consolation match.

On the boy’s side, Pool Play continues Saturday morning at Naranja Park to determine the top two teams taking part in the championship set for 3 p.m. Campo Verde (2-1) will face Catalina Foothills (1-2) and Perry (2-1) is playing Tucson (1-1-1) at 9 a.m. in the final pool play matches.
