The 45th Flowing Wells Invitational welcomes 37 teams to its individual, double-elimination format Friday and Saturday at Tucson's Flowing Wells High School.

Teams entered this year are: Amphitheater, Basha, Boulder Creek, Brophy, Canyon del Oro, Centennial, Chandler, Cibola, Cienega, Corona del Sol, Desert Mountain, Desert Vista, Flwoing Wells, Hamilton, Highland, Horizon, Ironwood Ridge, Marana, Marana Mountain View, Marcos de Niza, Maryvale, Mesa Mountain View, Mingus, Montwood, Texas, Paradise Valley, Pueblo, Queen Creek, Rio Rico, Safford, Sahuarita, Santa Cruz, Silver, N.M., Socorro, Texas, Sunnyside, Thunderbird, Tucson and Willcox.

Many of the teams entered won team or state titles last year -- Corona del Sol (5A-I), Sunnyside (5A-II), Mingus (4A-II) and Saffort (3A). Other top teams are Chandler, Marcos de Niza, Pueblo, Ironwood Ridge, Cienega and Thunderbird.

Two rounds will be wrestled each day with the first round Friday beginning at 10:30 a.m. and the second round after a break starting at 7 p.m. Wrestling resumes Saturday at 10 a.m. with the third round and the fourth round (finals) set to start at 6 p.m.
