Seven athletes from Phoenix Xavier Prep have signed letters-of-intent with colleges around the country.

They are:

*Amanda Benson, volleyball, Oregon.

*Michaela Dooley, soccer, San Diego.

*Shannon Elford, crew, St. Mary’s (Calif.).

*Lauren Johnson, softball, Arizona.

*Ellie Ladensack, volleyball, Concordia.

*Katie Park, softball, Virginia.

*Katie Werner, basketball, Yale.

“These student-athletes are extremely dedicated to both academics and athletics, and it’s terrific to see their hard work and dedication yield such impressive results,’’ said Sister Lynn Winsor, Xavier Vice Principal for Activities and Athletic Director.
