It’s a phrase that coaches use daily from pee wee all the way up to the pros.  Top Business executives have been known to tout its power and even in times of need as we have seen recently in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy it proven to be the ultimate catalyst.  Teamwork is that word. 

 This past weekend around the AIA Teamwork was on full display and in the end it was the fans and the student athletes who proved to be the big winners.   You see Teamwork has been the cornerstone of AIA365 since its inception and that’s why last weekend was so rewarding for all of us who have been a part of it since Day 1.  In a weekend that was loaded with scheduled playoff games and Fall championships it would have been easy to throw our hands up in the air and say we just can’t cover it all.  Had that happened it would have meant that somebody’s sport or activity would have been left out and we didn’t want to see that happen. 

  With the help of 4 different high schools, students, teachers and administrators fans were treated to games and events that might not otherwise have been covered the way they were.  Beginning Friday night with the assistance of Red Mtn. High School, Perry High School & Liberty High School the A/V departments from each of these schools were able to produce and stream first round playoff coverage of football.  On Saturday, Mountain Ridge High Schools A/V students oversaw the production of the State Team Chess Championships from Goldwater High School. 

  The students and their teachers did a wonderful job of helping capture some very important moments for the competitors this past weekend and in the process took another big step in their growth in the broadcast industry.  The administrators and others who came together to make all of this happen also played pivotal roles in exhausting all options to ensure these events were able to be delivered to the fans.  

  The Teamwork displayed this past weekend was another example of why AIA365.com is growing so rapidly over the last several months.  The belief has always been that by coming together great things can be accomplished but ultimately the fans, student athletes and schools are all the big winners.  Last weekend was just the beginning in what can be accomplished by working together to deliver great content.  Expect more collaboration on upcoming events as AIA365.com continues to grow.
