DIVISION I: LIBERTY WINS SECOND CHAMPIONSHIP

 

Liberty earned the second state championship in program history on Saturday to go along with the very first state team title offered in 2021. Basha won last year.

Former Goldwater standout Bree Garcia (2020, 2021, 2022) was the first tow in three individual titles and she was joined by Bella Bocenagra, Sr. Liberty (2021, 2022, 2023), Audrey Jimenez, Jr. Sunnyside (2021, 2022, 2023) and Isabelle Munoz, Sr. Casteel (2021, 2022, 2023)

Jimenez is an early graduate so there will be no four-time champions in the sport any time soon and there will be no three-time champions next winter.
