Senior Trevor Hadley is a new transfer to Gilbert Christian and is a midfielder for varsity soccer. Before GCHS, Trevor went to Casteel and played soccer there as well. He plays on Arsenal’s ECNL ‘02 team, and he has played club soccer for 14 years for a few different teams. Trevor had to miss the first half of the school season due to the transfer rules, but he and the team are very excited to finally get him into the lineup and see the entire starting 11 all together. 

The Knights have started off (5-1-3) and have been battling through injuries to a few key players over the first half of the season. With Trevor being able to play, this only increases the team’s chances of meeting their goal to make a very deep playoff run.

What has impressed you the most about the team's skill?

Trevor has been most impressed by “The whole team’s ability to move the ball and play like a club team.” 

What are you most excited about when you are eligible to play again? 

“Hittin’ bangers and winning state.” 

What have you seen so far that the team needs to improve on to be state championships?

“The team can play at a very high level but staying consistently at that high level is all we need to do to be super successful.”
