Knight Soccer Climbs the State Rankings

Knights are devoted to Jesus and making a run for the state title.

The Gilbert Christian Men's Varsity Soccer Team has advanced greatly this year! Currently, they are standing first in their region and sixth in their state division. They have an undefeated record of 8-0-1.
Captain Connor Wiejaczka leads the team in goals with a powerful kick.
Connor Wiejaczka, Brody Curtner, Jake Dickinson, and others have combined on offense to lead the Knights to an undefeated record thus far. Dominic Campos at keeper is having a banner season on defense with consistent shutouts.
With playoffs are around the corner, the Men’s soccer team is concentrated to finish strong and make a state title run. Jacob Burr's thoughts on the season, “It’s been great getting to know all of the boys better and becoming one of the best teams in the state” and Gavin Kuehn’s, “Our season has started off extremely great, we have improved so much since the start and we are state bound.”
The Knights will play Ben Franklin on Monday, January 20 at Ben Franklin High School.
